  1. Salt and pepper steak.
  2. Coat steak in flour (or shake with flour in a plastic bag).
  3. Heat oil in skillet on medium.
  4. Fry a few pieces of steak at a time just until browned. (do not over-cook)
  5. Lay steak in a large casserole dish.

  7. Make gravy and pour over steak.
